Viral Telegram-based Cypto game Hamster Kombat has been one of the trending sensation online following the launching of its airdrop token today September 26th.
Hamster Kombat belongs to an increasingly popular category of crypto projects known as the “Play to earn category” which features other popular projects like Tapswap, Notcoin, Blum, and Dotcoin.
With 300 million players globally, according to its team, Hamster Kombat is undoubtedly a project to watch, leaving many players anticipating for its launch.
However, the airdrop had an unexpected twist. While many players were excited for their crypto rewards, Nigerians were disappointed when their Hamsters were worth far less than expected.
Hamster promised to make Millions of Nigerians into Billionaires/CEO’s and all they had to do was Tap nonstop for 5 months straight.
But today instead of them to send their users $1Million each as reward for their 5 months tapping they instead sent some people a mere N2.75 (A whopping Two Naira and Seventy Five Kobo) the people that got lucky received $7, others received $4 and $3.
