Nigerian street-hop sensation, Slimcase, recently captured attention by recreating the stylish red carpet look of Afrobeats superstar, Wizkid, from the Business of Fashion (BOF) event in Paris.
Wizkid, known for his bold fashion choices, made headlines recently when he graced the BOF event during Paris Fashion Week.
The BOF event, which celebrates top players in fashion, welcomed celebrities, influencers, and fashion enthusiasts from all over the world. Wizkid stole the spotlight with his simple and elegant look, donning a classic black outfit, accessorized with stylish shades and sleek jewelry. This took over the social media space as fans could not stop gushing over him.
Slimcase, as always, decided to recreate the singer’s look from the Paris event. Slimcase, popularly known for his energetic persona and hit tracks like “Azaman”, took to social media to share photos of himself in an almost identical outfit.
Wearing a similar all-black ensemble, complete with dark shades, Slimcase made sure to capture the same cool, laid-back vibe that Wizkid exuded at the BOF event. He mimicked all Wizkid’s gestures from laughter till moment he walked out of the red carpet.
It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time Slimcase has paid tribute to Wizkid. As a dedicated fan, he previously got the same tattoo as Wizkid and even took it a step further by tattooing Wizkid’s face on his chest
