Adisa Pedicure, a well-known artist from Fuji, has spoken out about a long-standing disagreement with Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde, also known as KWAM 1.

Adisa described how the Fuji icon had promised to take him to America but had abruptly broken his promise in a recent interview posted on Oyinmomo TV’s official YouTube page

According to Adisa, Wasiu Ayinde made this promise when he was preparing for a one-year tour in the United States. He assured Adisa that he would be part of the tour and asked him to prepare for the journey.

However, when the day finally arrived, things took a different turn, leaving Adisa disappointed and feeling abandoned.

Adisa explained that he made several attempts to see Wasiu Ayinde before the trip, but all his efforts proved futile. Despite knowing that KWAM 1 was inside the house, the security personnel repeatedly told him that the Fuji icon was unavailable. This continued until Wasiu Ayinde eventually left for America without him.

“He promised to take me to America when he was going on his one-year tour. But when the day came, I went to his house, and they kept telling me he wasn’t around. Even though I could see his car, his security insisted he was not available. I knew he was avoiding me. He denied me access to his home until he eventually traveled alone,” Adisa revealed.

Despite the disappointment, Adisa maintained that he still holds Wasiu Ayinde in high regard. He acknowledged that KWAM 1 was likely busy at the time and might not have intentionally wanted to hurt him. He also expressed hope that their relationship remains strong and that the Fuji legend would still make good on his promise someday.

“This happened 15 years ago. However, he still remains my senior brother and a boss to me. I believe that now, he has more time for me because, back then, when he denied me access, I assumed he was too busy. But now, everything is settled, and I believe he still has time to fulfill his promise,” Adisa stated.
