Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has promised to stay out of trouble following his recent legal battle with the Ogun State government.
This comes just hours after the Zazuu crooner was granted bail of N2 million over allegations of assaulting government officials at his Odogwu bar in Sango Ota.
Portable, who was previously declared wanted by the police, surrendered himself to the authorities and faced legal proceedings before regaining his freedom.
He was granted bail after pleading not guilty to a five-count charge of conspiracy, assault, possession of cutlass, guns to cause injury, and conducting himself in an unruly manner.
In a video he shared on his Instagram after his bail, Portable promised to stop causing mayhem and focus on making money. He said he is looking for money to fulfill his bail condition.
He wrote, “My fans, thank God for everything. If you have God, you have everything. I need money. I am not looking for trouble anymore. I’m now focused on making money. I have N2 million bail debt. I need more money. I am looking for money.”
In another post, he said, “Alhamdulilahi for everything 🙏 ZAzuu. No more Wahala Na money I dey look for if you no get money Call God ✍🏻.”
