Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola—better known by his stage name Portable—has issued a stern warning to “all and sundry” in a new video that surfaced online.
The “Zazoo Zeh” hitmaker’s broadcast comes on the heels of his release from Ilorin Prison in Kwara State, where he spent one night in custody.
Portable’s detention followed a complaint lodged by Fuji maestro Saheed Osupa, who had accused him of criminal defamation, intimidation, inciting public disturbance and cyberstalking. Osupa later withdrew the case, leading to Portable’s immediate discharge and prompting today’s forceful message to his critics and the general public.
Following his release, Portable unveiled a striking new look and issued a public apology to Fuji maestro Saheed Osupa—an olive branch that, he insists, is only the beginning.
In a subsequent video, the “Zazoo Zeh” hitmaker acknowledged that he has learned his lesson, though he warned that, if provoked, he may still name a scapegoat.
Addressing netizens directly, Portable cautioned that any negative commentary would prompt him to file formal petitions against the offenders, and he urged everyone to speak only positively about him.
