Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, is back in the headlines after brutally defeating fellow entertainer Speed Darlington in a boxing match.

The much-anticipated fight took place on the night of April 18, 2025, at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos, where the duo finally settled their long-standing feud in the ring.

Interestingly, Speed Darlington, also known as Akpi, made a dramatic entrance with a casket—but ironically ended up leaving in an ambulance after sustaining a serious arm injury, which was later seen wrapped in bandages.

Portable knocked out Speed Darlington in the very first round, with “Akpi” refusing to continue into the second round.

This marks Portable’s second boxing victory, having previously defeated Nollywood actor Charles Okocha in an earlier match.

With his latest triumph over Speed Darlington, the “Zazoo Zeh” crooner has officially been crowned champion of the event titled “Chaos In The Ring.”
