A video is making the rounds on social media that shows the moment a beautiful Nigerian lady cries out as massive flood takes over Lagos State Nigeria.

Today, July 3rd 2024, heavy rainfall occurred and by extension resulted in massive flooding in places like Lekki, Ikeja, Oshodi, 3rd Mainland Bridge among others.

The hours-long downpour on Wednesday left many residents stranded and caused extensive damage to their properties as most cars were submerged by the flood.

Residents in the affected areas have blamed the flooding on waterway blockages caused by indiscriminate waste dumping in the localities.

A video shows a middle-aged Nigerian lady crying out as she asserts that the flood resulted in dirty water entering her pant.

The clip also featured some set of people backing one another and an underground voice could be heard saying that he charges N1K for backing.

In another video, a man was heard charging N200 to carry people through the floodwaters in the Ojo area of the state. The video captures a voice saying “N200 per person” as people are seen wading through the water. The flood has rendered the road almost impassable, causing gridlock and discomfort for commuters
