Former Big Brother reality TV star and comedian DeeOne has given a stern warning to social media activist Verydarkman to leave singer Falz and his father, Femi Falana, who is the senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN) out of the ongoing drama involving crossdresser Bobrisky and the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
The saga all started when Verydarkman dragged Bobrisky over an unpaid N4m debt. He then went ahead to leak a video recording, exposing how the crossdresser maneuvered his way during his 6 months jail term in April by bribing the EFCC officers with N15 million to drop the money laundering charges against him.
However, the recordings created more tension online after VDM alleged that Bobrisky also paid Falz and his father a whooping sum of N10 million to beg for pardon on his behalf.
While social media users criticized Falz and his father for supporting corruption in the country, many took sides with them as they suggested that they were just doing their lawyer jobs.
Comedian DeeOne, who is in support of Falz and his father, slammed Verydarkman for tagging them into Bobrisky’s case. According to him, there was nothing wrong in what Falz and Femi Falana did in intervening in the case.
In his words, “There’s nothing wrong if Falz decides to involve his father to help Bobrisky with his EFCC case. Focus on Bobrisky and leave Falz and his father alone”.
