Rudeboy alleged that he originally wrote and recorded “Winning” with a specific producer, only for the same producer to re-record it with his brother, Peter.
Peter Okoye addressed the allegations made by his twin brother over
hared a detailed account of the song’s creation, clarifying his role and collaboration with others, including Ghanaian producer Vampire and songwriter Calypso.
While the twins brothers kept fighting over the song’s ownership, “Winning” track has been making waves across music-streaming platforms, surpassing over 1 million views on YouTube.
Chelsea legend Mikel Obi showed his support for Peter Okoye by sharing an Instagram post featuring a series of photos with former Ivorian footballer Didier Drogba at a recent event, with the track ‘Winning’ playing in the background.
He captioned the photos, “We support and congratulate each other @peterpsquare 🥂👊.”
