Nollywood filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has spoken out following his reconciliation with his younger brother, Aremu Afolayan.
Hitgist reported that the brothers, who were at loggerheads for years, had reunited following the death of their mother.
A video on Instagram captured the siblings sitting together at his film village in Komu, Oyo State, chatting with friends who were present for their mother’s burial rites. They tagged one another on their respective social media pages and this left many excited.
At their mother’s wake keep after on Friday, Kunle Afolayan shared that he isn’t just Aremu’s brother but his father. He noted how he was the one who raised him for 10 years and blamed ladies for spoiling his mind and tearing them apart.
He said, “I am not his brother, I’m his father, I was the one that raised him for 10 years. You ladies are the one pushing him away from him”.
