Nollywood actor and failed presidential candidate Yul Edochie has cautioned ladies against killing themselves for expensive wigs this festive period.
Taking to his social media page, he admonished any lady who can’t afford expensive hair not to kill themselves but to wash their natural hair very well and weave it. He stated that they would still look very beautiful and proudly African.
The controversial actor stated that the quality of a woman isn’t measured by the hair on her head but by the content of her brain.
“Ladies,
If you cannot afford expensive hair this season, don’t kill yourself.
Wash your natural hair very well and weave it all back.
You’re still going to look very beautiful and proudly African.
The quality of a woman is not measured by the hair on her head but by the content of her brain”.
In a past message, Yul had advised ladies desperate to get married. He urged them to buy a ring and propose to their man if they were waiting for him to propose and he was wasting time.
The actor stated there was nothing wrong with it as he avowed that it doesn’t matter who says the words.
When the news of American reality star Porsha Williams’ crashed marriage made rounds, a year after her elaborate wedding, he had admonished couples planning a big wedding to go ahead and do what makes them happy and not allow anyone to decide how they spend their money.
Sometime back, Yul had sent a message to Nigerians amid economic hardship. He stated that the N5k or N10k they might give to someone can stop them from committing suic!de or crime, as he noted how it is tough for so many out there.
Yul reemphasised that they should help each other no matter how small, as he noted how life is short and none of them will be alive forever.
Similarly, he had sent a message to Nigerians, noting how everyone would die and that it was only a matter of time. The actor stated that life wasn’t serious as he admonished people to spend the money they save or hide.
