Famous Nigerian singer and hypeman Oluwafemi Oladapo better known as Slimcase has taken to social media to address critics after facing backlash for bending down to greet Grammy award winner Burna Boy.
42-year-old Slimcase received dragging online following a clip of him at a club where he bowed down after linking up with 33-year-old Burna Boy.
This development however did not go down well with some social media users as they criticized him for prostrating for someone whom he seniored with 9yrs.
After being dragged by critics for the way he bowed down for Burna Boy, Slimcase took to his verified page on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram to reply critics.
According to Slimcase he greeted Burna Boy with such elderly/fatherly respect because he is a Grammy Award winner. They hypeman added that even if Rema who is 24year-old wins Grammy today, he would bow down for him.
Resharing the clip in his new post today, January 23rd 2025, Slimcase wrote; “This is the way I greet GRAMMYS 🙏❤️👑 as young as Rema is make e win Grammy I will greet him this way #slimcaseshow.”
