Popular Nollywood actress Damilola Adegbite has taken to social media to share the unique way a man used to get her phone number and by extension raised eyebrows among netizens.
The beautiful actress who is a mother of one and has also been linked to be in a relationship with actor Bolanle Ninolowo discloses the unique way in a post shared via her verified Instagram page today, August 10th 2024.
Speaking on how it happens, actress Damilola Adegbite said she got stuck in traffic some years ago and suddenly a car out of nowhere hit her.
The Nollywood diva said she was irritated by the development and had to get out of her car to check out the damage to her car and was ready to transfer the anger to the other car.
However, the actress said she calmed down when the man who hit her got out of the car, as he turned out to be quite attractive. She said the man apologized to her and offered to help her fixed the car.
Continuing the story, Damilola Adegbite mentioned that the man offered to send someone to pick up her damaged car, but she declined, unsure of who he was. Despite this, the man, determined to fix the car, sent workers to repair it while she was at work. This led to them exchanging numbers, and the workers fixed the minor dent on the car.
Meanwhile, after they were done with the car fixing, the good-looking man sent a guy to deliver a huge bouquet to her and a note and the note says “I’m sorry for hitting your car but it was the only way I could get your number”.

Some years ago, I was driving to work and got stuck in traffic when someone bumped into my car, so I had to come out to check how bad the damage was. A guy comes out of the car that hit me. Of course I was irritated, but I calmed down when I saw how good looking he was. lol. He apologized and offered to send someone over to pick my car up from wherever I was going, to fix the little dent. I declined saying I didn’t know who he was and so couldn’t trust him with my car. He then asked if he could send some workmen over to fix it while I was at work. We exchanged numbers and the guys came to sort out the car. After they were done, some other guy comes to me with a HUGE bouquet of flowers and a note. The note read “I’m sorry for hitting your car but it was the only way I could get your number”.
I thought that was very slick 👏
