Nollywood actress Ruth Eze has cried out over the level of fakeness and fake love in Nollywood.

In an Instagram post, she noted how the level of fakeness and fake love in Nollywood is high.

Calling on God to have mercy, she questions why people would be celebrating someone they have criticized and still criticizing. She pondered on how they do it as she can’t fake a smile.

“The level of fakeness and fake love in Nollywood ehn.
Jesus have mercy.

Jesu

How do u guys do this tin?

I can’t even fake a smile.

Celebrating Somebody u have
Criticized And Still Criticizing
The Hell Out Of. OMG

Na now I dey really understand
How this Nollywood works oo.

No wonder this my realness
No dey help me ooo”.

Similarly, Yoruba actor Kevin Ikeduba had blown hot at Nollywood, slamming the industry for its fake love. The talented actor noted how the industry is filled with fake people, pretending to be who they aren’t.

Not mentioning any names, he stressed that the industry is filled with the most fake set of human beings and that they don’t know how to show love to each other.

Joining him, former singer, Cynthia Morgan had called out the music industry over its fake love and friendship.

She stated that there is barely friendship in the industry as people only remember you when you’re trending or they need you to help them kill a beat.

Cynthia recounted how during her crisis only two people showed up for her, while others especially those she had worked with shunned her

To add to it, Nigerian rapper, Terry G called out his colleagues for shunning him. The music star expressed sadness over how all his efforts to reach out to some of his colleagues during his tough times proved abortive, as no one responded to him.

He questioned if it was fair the way they were treating him as he told them to remember when they once came to help for help and he answered them.
