Classy Jesters, also known as Olatunde Olawuyi, has filed a lawsuit against fellow content creator Pamilerin, asking for N500 million in damages for supposed defamatory remarks made on social media.

The lawsuit claims that Pamilerin’s post on August 15, 2024, suggested that Classy Jesters was living a “fake life” and doubted his ownership of a Mercedes-Benz.

Classy Jesters’ attorneys state that this post amounts to defamation, degradation, and cyberbullying, which has harmed their reputation and caused emotional distress.

The lawsuit demands:

1. Immediate removal of the defamatory statements

2. A public apology on Pamilerin’s social media pages.

3. N500 million for reputational damage, emotional distress, and other losses incurred.

If these requests are not fulfilled within seven days, Classy Jesters’ lawyers plan to take further legal steps against Pamilerin for defamation, cyberbullying, and other relevant legal actions.
