Popular Nigerian singer Akinmayokun Awodumila professionally known as May D in a new video that surfaced online speaks on how singer Davido pitied him and refuses to sleep in his room at PSquare house.
Singer May D, the “Gat Me High” hitmaker, made this known while appearing as a guest on the audio-visual podcast Honest Bunch, hosted by media personality Nedu Wazobia and his co-podcasters.
This comes after May D had earlier disclosed that he used to be bigger than Grammy Award winner Wizkid and superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido
According to May D, when Davido had a fallout with his father, he had nowhere to stay and asked May D if he could crash at his place. At the time, May D was living with P-Square while signed to their label.
He mentioned that when Davido visited his room, he was shocked by the living conditions and refused to stay there.
In his words; “When Davido was running from his Dad, he came to my room in P-Square’s house, he was like ‘May-D is this where you stay? I can’t sleep here oh’…If I had a room, it would have been cooler.”

rockz_rm: I feel for this man…. 😢 That’s why sometimes when this new generation artists try to leave and Stan on their own regardless, I don’t blame them o. Because, better that than waste your time at the long run.
