The Lagos State commissioner for tourism, Toke Benson has been caught physically assaulting a man for taking video footage of her.
The incident, which took place at an undisclosed location, captured the moment Toke Benson and the man engaged in a heated argument after the former asked him to stop recording her.
A video circulating online captured the moment a commissioner instructed a security officer to forcibly remove a man and confiscate his phone.
The security officer declined to comply, prompting the commissioner to storm out while reprimanding the officer for ignoring her orders. She was heard questioning the man, “Who’s paying your salary?”
The man, in other hand, revealed that Toke Benson has no rights to send him out of the premises. While they were exchanging words, the commissioner slapped the man.
Onlookers, who saw the moment Toke Benson slapped the man, quickly surrounded them and tried to settle the fight.
Recall that a nursery teacher, Stella Nwadigbo was caught beating up a 3-year-old child in a school in Ikorodu.
