A man working in National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has captured the attention of many online as he proposed to his girlfriend during her Passing Out Parade (POP) day.
His girlfriend had recently finished her one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and her officer lover decided to give her a surprise marriage proposal, making her POP day more memorable.
