“How an old female friend stopped talking to me because of Pastor Jerry Eze” – Comedian Funny Bone recounts

Nigerian comedian Julian Stanley, better known as Funny Bone, has recounted how an old University friend stopped talking to him over popular clergyman Jerry Eze.

The comedian, via his Instagram story, revealed that an old University friend of his stopped talking to him because she claimed I refused to give him Pastor Jerry’s direct number, which he didn’t have. The father of one stated that even if he had his number, he should have willingly given it out.

Funny Bone expressed how happy he is that they aren’t talking anymore as he made it known that the feeling is mutual. He stated that some entitlement and pettiness can be irritating.

“So an old University friend of mine, stopped talking to me because she claimed I refused to give her Pst Jerry Eze’s direct phone number. Phone number wey I no get in the first place, and even if I did, should I willingly just give it out??

I am happy we ain’t talking no more and the feeling is very mutual. Some entitlement and pettiness can be irritating to Sha.

Back in July, Funny Bone had recalled how his senior colleague, Seyi Law paved the way for him in his career. He recounted how he took a break from the mainstream media to focus on his University degree and upon his return, Seyi Law offered him accommodation in his house, and they rocked several shows and journeyed together.
Expressing gratitude to him, Funny Bone hailed Seyi for being a real man.

In other news, the comedian opened up on why he got married at age 36. He stated that it was because he was ready, as he how marriage takes a lot. He revealed that he met his wife through a mutual friend who introduced them and when they got talking, he realized that they shared similar values.

Recall that Funny Bone and his wife tied the knot on June 18, 2022, at Balmoral Event Centre, VI, Lagos. The wedding had in attendance actor Stan Nze and footballers Onazi Ogenyi Eddy, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Ndidi, who were his groomsmen. One of the highlights from the event was when his groomsmen emotionally prayed for him as he joined the married club.

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, last year. Sharing the good news, Funny Bone called himself a proud dad as he revealed his child’s name, and expressed gratitude to God for the blessings.
