A video has surfaced online that shows the moment billionaire Shade Okoya, the wife of business mogul Chief Rasaq Okoya revealed how she met her husband.
Shade Okoya who is 47-year-old made this known during an interview with Channels TV host Anne Nwaghodoh Nony. Note that Shade Okoya has been married to Chief Rasaq for the past 25years, they have four children together.
She is not just the wife of a wealthy man but a billionaire in her own right serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Eleganza Group, a prominent conglomerate in Nigeria’s manufacturing sector.
Eleganza Group was founded by her husband, Chief Razaq Okoya, a billionaire industrialist and the Aare of Lagos. He also serves as the Chairman of RAO Property Investment Company.
Speaking on how she met her husband while speaking with the Channels Tv host, Shade Okoya said when she met her husband, Chief Rasaq Okoya, it was for work.
However, he asked for her again and when they met, he went straight to the point by telling her that he wanted to marry her. She added that it felt sudden at that time because she was not expecting a marriage proposal from him.
In her words; “When I first met my husband, it was for work. He asked to see me again, and when we met, he went straight to the point and asked me to marry him. It felt too sudden at the time because I wasn’t expecting it.”
