Former Miss Nigeria Omowunmi Akinnifesi has opened up that she is still a v!rgin woman at the age of 37 and by extension this development sparked mixed reactions online.
Omowunmi Akinnifesi is a Nigerian businesswoman, environmental ambassador, and former beauty queen. She won the title of Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria in 2005.
Note that the former beauty queen who clocks 37-year-old on December 4th 2024 is the daughter of former Central Bank of Nigeria director, Akinnifesi.
In 2008, Omowunmi Akinnifesi earned a degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Lagos. She later obtained a master’s degree in Environmental Monitoring, Modelling, and Management from King’s College London in 2012.
Speaking on why she is still a virg!n at 37 in a post shared by popular Instagram blog Yabaleft, the former Miss Nigeria stresses that she made a covenant with God at the age of 18 and since then she has kept herself.

The development sparked mixed reactions online. While some praised her for maintaining her virginity at 37 in a generation often associated with promiscuity, others argued that being a virgin at that age is unnecessary.
