Kufre Nnah, a well-known barber in Nigeria, has revealed the amazing tale of his long-standing friendship with Davido, the music mogul.
In a heartfelt post, Kufre said, “I started cutting Davido’s hair when he was just 12 years old. He used to pay me 200 Naira back then.”
Now, over a decade later, Kufre charges as much as 2 million Naira per haircut, marking a major transformation in his career. “What a journey,” he wrote. “So proud to have been part of his story from the beginning.”
Kufre is the founder of Kayzplace Barbershop, a top-tier grooming brand with branches across Lagos. He started out in Lagos with just ₦5,000 and, through dedication and skill, has built an empire trusted by celebrities like Wizkid, Don Jazzy, and Burna Boy.
