“If anything happens to me, hold Davido responsible” – Dammy Krane cries out following arrest

Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has broken his silence following his arrest over alleged defamation against his colleague, Davido.

Hitgist reported that days before Davido’s wedding, Dammy had called the singer a murderer, as he claimed that Davido was only getting married because Chioma caught him cheating.

His statement had gotten him into trouble as Davido’s lawyer gave him 24 hours to retract all offensive publications against Davido on his social media handles. He was also asked to refrain from further publication of defamatory statements against Davido on any platform or risk facing legal actions.

Unbothered with the lawsuit, Dammy Krane further alleged that he was a witness to what Davido did to the late Tagbo, who was his friend.

Now, Hitgist has meant that the singer will face criminal charges for defamatory statements and slanderous publications against the singer.

Taking to his Twitter page, Dammy Krane urged netizens to hold Davido responsible if anything happens to him. He claimed that the music star had paid people to arrest him as he alleged that they wrote a petition lying that he was into flutter wave and crypto scams just to arrest him.

He pointed out how what they did to Mohbad was happening to him as he called for justice.
