Nigerian singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido has celebrated posthumous birthday of his close associate, Olugbemiga Abiodun aka DJ Olu.
The ‘Unavailable’ crooner took to his Instagram story as he shared a photo of DJ Olu, penning his emotional tribute to him.
Recall that in 2017, DJ Olu and Chime Amaechi, said to be a crew member of the Davido, were found dead in a BMW car in a garage on Block B, Banana Island, Lagos.
DJ Olu was the son of Ogun state Governor Dapo Abiodun and his wife Bamidele. Although his cause of death was unknown, he was buried on October 12th 2017.
Davido and Dj Olu were thick as thieves while he was alive, and the tragic passing of the disc jockey rocked the internet in 2017.
Celebrating his posthumous birthday, Davido asked DJ Olu to keep watching over them and that all the plans they made while he was alive are coming to pass.
He wrote, “Billi4l We doin everything we said we’d do, Keep watching over us Angel, Happy Birthday DJ Olu”.
