Dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan, now known as Madrina, is trending on X (formerly Twitter) after joining the viral #30DaysRant Challenge.
Like many Nigerians on TikTok, she shared a video addressing the country’s economic situation.
In her appeal to the Tinubu-led government, she opposed the total removal of subsidies, suggesting a gradual approach instead.
Cynthia also urged Nigerians to appeal to the government instead of merely ranting on social media.
She said; “The hardship under Tinubu is too much. It’s terrible. I once applauded Tinubu subsidy removal, but now I’m feeling the heat and hardship. It’s just too much to handle.”
The viral 30DaysRant challenge was initiated by NYSC member Raye to voice her dissatisfaction with the country’s current state.
However, it has evolved into a much larger movement on social media, particularly on TikTok.
