As previously reported, Tope Alabi was invited to surprise Lizzy at the grand opening of her new shopping mall. However, upon arriving and realizing the event was in honor of Lizzy Anjorin, the singer reportedly refused to step off the bus, instructing the driver to turn back.
In a viral video, Lizzy Anjorin expressed her disappointment, claiming she was one of the few people who supported Tope Alabi when others turned their backs on her.
Lizzy firmly stated that Tope Alabi had no right to decline attending the event, even if the invitation had been extended without charge. In a direct callout, Lizzy asserted that Tope Alabi had made a major mistake, accusing her of mishandling the situation.
