Yemi Alade, fondly called ‘Mama Africa’ by fans, made a grand appearance at the 2025 Grammy Awards, held on February 2nd, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, USA.
She graced the red carpet in an exquisitely designed African ensemble that featured intricate royal beadwork, a vibrant red outfit, and cultural accessories that paid homage to her Nigerian roots.
She looked glamorous as she rocked an Edo hairstyle known as okuku, complementing her attire with jewelry and beautiful makeup.
It is the first time the 35-year-old singer will be nominated for a Grammy Award, and she expressed gratitude to her management for being supportive.
