Hitgist revealed that Saidi Balogun lost his first daughter, making it a “black Sunday.” The Yoruba actor posted a picture of a candlelit scene with flowers all around it, along with various birds and sad emoticons, on his Instagram page.
The family statement described the deceased as a warrior who gave life all and was the embodiment of joy, acceptance, and resilience. The late Zeenat was further described as a die-hard believer in the phrase never give up.
“We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who reached out to my family during this difficult time. We have been deeply moved by the overwhelming care, the heartfelt messages, and the many condolence visits. Your presence, prayers, and acts of kindness have truly touched our hearts.
