Ginika, the ex-wife of the media aide to music star Davido, Israel DMW has spoken out on accusations that she wrecked their marriage.

Recall that during Israel DMW’s meltdown over their crashed marriage, he had accused Ginika of having a hand in their separation.

Now responding to it, in a post on her Instagram page, she made it known that she had no hand in their break-up. She stated that when she heard the news of her friend’s crashed marriage, she was surprised and she had called to find out what happened.

She stated that at first, she advised that the issues he resolved as she had no prior knowledge of what was actually going on, but things started unfolding, and then, she knew that Sheila was never going back as she was drained mentally and as a friend, she had to offer her support.

She reiterated that she is innocent of all claims and defamatory words on the internet.

“IT IS VERY IMPORTANT I CLEAR THE AIR…

I repeat to say, I had no hand in the separation between my friend Sheila and Her ex-husband. Initially, when I heard about the news, I was also surprised that’s why I called to know what was wrong because, at the end of the day, Sheila is my friend and dear to me.

I advised initially for the issues to be resolved as I had no prior knowledge of what was actually going on, but things started unfolding in the whole saga, even then I knew there was no going back to the marriage as she was drained mentally, and I had to be a friend at first instinct. For so long, I thought I could handle the backlash as I’m innocent of all claims and defamatory words on the internet. I just wanna say this one more time: I had nothing to do with the separation, and I’ll never be a party to separating marriages; having said that, all claims against me are wrong, and I hope it can be seen in a different light as it has affected my mental health and work over the last couple of months”.
