Nigerian singer Simisola Kosoko, or simply Simi has taken to social media to celebrate the 7th anniversary of her iconic second studio album, Simisola.
On her X page, Simi posted the cover of her Simisolaalbum, affectionately calling it her “baby” and asking fans to share their favourite tracks. Released on September 8, 2017, under X3M Music, the album followed her debut project, Ogaju.
She wrote: “My baby is 7 🤎🤎🤎 #SIMISOLA. What songs had you in a chokehold?”
In another post, she shared a video of a track from the album, “Smile For Me,” naming it her favourite song.
She wrote: “This is my favorite Simi song ever. It’s more about nostalgia now than any thing else, but it stays 🩷 #SmileForMe”
