Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has appealed to the Ogun state government over the seizure of his properties.
It all started when the state government sealed his ‘Odogwu’ bar in Sango Ota. The police command arraigned nine proteges of Portable before a magistrate’s court sitting in Isabo, Abeokuta, for allegedly assaulting officers of the Ota Zonal Planning office of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. They also declared Portable wanted for being the mastermind behind the chaos.
However, Portable did not keep quiet as he lamented bitterly over the closure of his bar and his boys who got arrested.
A recent report making the rounds online showed that the Ogun state government has also sealed his uncompleted hotel, sparking more outrage for the singer.
In a latest video shared online, he admitted that the Ogun state government is powerful as he pleaded to Gov. Dapo Abiodun to tamper justice with mercy.
He alleged that the state officials were targeting him because of his support for Senator Solomon Adeola, aka Yayi.
