A video has caused stirs online as it featured the twenty-five (25) contestants representing their states and competing for Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 edition.
In the video, Each participant of the Miss Universe was seen showing off their catwalks with confidence ahead of the events coming up on August 31st, leaving many talking about their looks and charisma.
The beauty pageant show became a viral sensation after ex South Africa contender Chidinma Adetshina accepted the invitation from the organizers and represent Taraba State as Contestant Number 25, causing feud between South Africa and Nigeria.
However, the ‘Attitude and walk off’ catwalk kicked off with the Ebonyi state beauty representative, Orji Mother Teresa, followed by Kogi state, Zuleihat Oyarazi, then Chioma Ogbonnna, representing Plateau state, Enugu state beauty, Uchechi Uchenna, Kaduna state beauty, Sophia Chika Nelson, Anambra state beauty contestants, Paula Ezendu, Oyo state beauty, Elizabeth Salawu, Taraba state beauty, Chidinma Adetshina, Ekiti state contestant, Esther Gabriel and many more.
What captured the attentions of many online was when Kwara state contestant, Ufa Dania, took up her attitude and began the walkway with pride, sparking reactions as social media users could not stop talking about her body shape and outfit.
It is worth noting that the Miss Universe organisers have announced that this year’s winner will receive N10 million in cash along with other prizes, emphasizing the pageant’s commitment to empowering women.
The 2024 winner will similarly represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant in Mexico this November, while the runner-up will participate in the Miss Supranational pageant.
