Billionaire son and BBNaija ex-housemate star Kiddwaya has sparked tension online as he hints at buying video-sharing platform TikTok from its owner.

The reality TV star took to his official page on the popular microblogging platform X formerly called Twitter to share the development to all and sundry.

This is coming months after singer Davido and nightlife celebrity Cubana Chief Priest also hinted at buying the London 20K capacity 02 Arena in a clip that went viral, they boasted about buying it in cash.

Note that TikTok is owned by ByteDance, a Chinese technology company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. ByteDance developed and launched TikTok in 2016 (originally as Douyin in China) before introducing it to the global market in 2018.

In the Twitter post, Kiddwaya expresses his intention of buying video-sharing platform TikTop and also planned to make the shares a public one so that other billionaires can invest in it, stressing his point as a smart businessman.

Kiddwaya wrote; “What about all the billionaires in nigeria. Can we come together and buy TikTok or is it only for white people?.”
