Bobrisky, Nigerian popular crossdresser and social media influencer, has once again found himself at the center of controversy. A new voice recording has leaked online, allegedly featuring Bobrisky admitting that he never served a 6-month jail term he was sentenced to in April 2024.
This comes after social media activist Verydarkman alleged that the crossdresser has never been in the prison and he instead bribed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) with N15 million to drop money laundering charges against him. This was said in leaked voice note where the crossdresser was narrating what transpired during his six-month jail term.
Shortly after the recording went viral online, a man identified as Radiogad, shared another video capturing his conversation with the crossdresser. In their chats, the man was asking how Bobrisky was fairing in the prison.
According to the man, Bobrisky revealed that he is living a great life in the prison. The man went ahead to share clips of Bobrisky making selfies of himself while serving jail term.

The video triggered massive reactions as social media users shared their thoughts via comment section. Some reactions are shown below:
@AjeboDanny said, “I’ve said this before that Nigerians are terrible people. EFCC faking arrest. Bobrisky skipping Jail. This idiot singing because he didn’t benefit from the corruption. The entire country is a crime scene!”.
@itsSh0la said, “This guy is just a fooI, even more terrible than Bob risky himself. He wouldn’t have exposed Bob if he benefited. Meaning, he’s not even exposing him because he wants EFCC and the judiciary system to work, he’s exposing him because he didn’t benefit from him after his release.”
@symplyDAPO said, “After a week this will also be swept under the rug of corruption”.
@QUEENOFDBLUES1 said, “This OG sef na puff. So he knew since, if not that VDM exposed everything, he wouldn’t have talked. He should faack off. Na compensation wey Bobrisky no give am dey pain am.”
ThePadrepr said, “It’s always the close quarters because if the tracks was hidden well by people who knew of it, we would not have been here. It’s illegal and disappointing what the prison department did but friends betraying their friends is sick.
