Nigerians have started dragging the living daylight out of a Yoruba woman who was seen hailing President Tinubu administration amidst the economic hardship in the country.
In the widely circulated video that has sparked various reactions online, the market woman is seen loudly praising Tinubu, emphasizing that the prices of goods and services have decreased.
According to her prices of good and services have never come down before during the administration of past president but it is already during that of president Tinubu who has spent less than two years as the head of the country.
Speaking in Yoruba with so much joy on her faces, she said; “I told you guys to relax that Tinubu will fix this country. Can’t you see that price of goods and everything has started going down?, I told you. Tinubu is the man.”
However, the video did not sit well with many Nigerians, as most citizens are struggling due to the hike in petrol prices, which has led to a continuous rise in the cost of goods and services. The ongoing depreciation of the naira against the dollar continues to worsen living conditions, plunging the average Nigerian deeper into poverty.
