Popular Nigerian singer and songstress Teniola Apata, better known as Teni Makanaki has gone all out for a mother who freestyled her latest chart-topping song, dubbed ‘Money’, warming many hearts online.
The singer, known for her vocal powerhouse, excitedly took to his Instagram page as she revealed how she stumbled upon the woman’s freestyle on X and had to reach out to her son via DM.
According to Teni, she asked the woman’s son for their house address, which turned out to be a place closer to her childhood home.
In a video making the rounds online, the mother was seen in utter disbelief upon seeing Teni at her residence. The video captured the moment the woman jumped into joy as she ran to hug the singer. Teni warmly embraces her, and they engage in a lighthearted conversation.
During the conversation, the singer brings out a large bag filled with bundles of cash and gives it to the woman, along with foodstuffs that were unloaded from a car.
After receiving the gift, the woman was overcome with gratitude, warmly embracing Teni and offering heartfelt prayers for her.
