The ‘Up and Grateful’ challenge on TikTok is a popular trend where people kick off their day with a positive mindset. Participants share short morning videos of themselves doing backflips as a way to express gratitude to God for the blessings in their lives.
A video making the rounds online captured the moment Charles Okocha, known for his humorous personality, joined the trend as he was seen trying to somersault while standing on his bed. During the process, the movie star fell hard as he rolled down on the floor.
Another section of the video revealed that Charles sustained injuries to his neck, forehead, and hand. He is seen with bandages on his head, neck, and hand.
