A viral video showing Osun State Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, praying inside a mosque has sparked mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.

In the trending footage, Governor Adeleke, widely known for his love for dancing and lively public appearances, was seen observing Salat with other worshippers.

However, what caught the attention of many was how the governor fully prostrated in accordance with Islamic prayer rituals.

The video shows Governor Adeleke joining Muslim faithful in the mosque, following all the prayer movements, including kneeling and prostrating.

Dressed in regalia and an Islamic cap, he humbly blended in with the congregation, completing the Sujood (prostration), which signifies submission to Allah in Islam.
