A video of a Nigerian Islamic cleric, locally known as Alfa, performing an Islamic song with a unique Fuji twist has taken social media by storm.
The cleric, whose identity remains unknown, showcased a vocal style resembling that of the renowned Fuji icon Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma at an Islamic gathering.
The clip, which was shared widely on social media pages, left many Nigerians talking online, with many expressing their contempt.
In the viral video, the Alfa was seen preaching to some worshippers in a melodious rendition during the gathering. His way of lecturing had a musical quality that closely matched the unique rhythm and lively energy typically associated with Fuji music star Wasiu Alabi Pasuma.
The crowd at the gathering appeared captivated, with some participants nodding their heads and clapping along in appreciation. Many stole the spotlight as they sprayed money on him.
